Here are some changes we're planning to launch on our next release scheduled for next Tuesday, Sept 3nd. Some of those changes require the server to be restarted which usually takes a few seconds so minor server unavailability is expected.

WEBSITE
- Fixed theme reset/preview not working properly on some instances;
- Improved Shopify's product/intake form association so it's easier to see which items have been associated or not;

We're releasing a few small fixes and improvements to some of our products today, Friday 18th. No service disruption is expected for this release. The shorter notice is due to this release consisting of mostly fixes and small tweaks which are not expected to impact most users.

Howdy! We'll be deploying a few emergency fixes to the API today at 3pm CT. No downtime is expected for this release. The following changes will be introduced:

Dosespot just informed us of a maintenance window coming up today at 10pm EST. They estimate a 20min outage window for this change. During that time patient sync and prescription submission may be impacted. Once Dosespot is back online our platform should be able to resume syncing automatically.
