Next Tuesday, February 24th at 5am CT, we will be rolling out improvements to our webhook delivery infrastructure to improve reliability, consistency, and observability. These changes are internal and do not require any action from our customers. We are not anticipating any downtime as part of these changes.

Update: Earlier today, our patient medication sync process experienced failures due to a temporary upstream outage with DoseSpot. There were no deployments or internal system changes at the time of the incident.

To prevent continued failed attempts, we temporarily paused the affected sync service. We will resume processing once DoseSpot confirms their service is fully restored.

There was no data loss associated with this incident.
