Here are some changes we're planning to launch on our next release scheduled for next Tuesday, Sept 3nd. Some of those changes require the server to be restarted which usually takes a few seconds so minor server unavailability is expected.

WEBSITE
- Fixed theme reset/preview not working properly on some instances;
- Improved Shopify's product/intake form association so it's easier to see which items have been associated or not;
- Added a toggle so that changes to prescriptions will require an encounter to be held in Approved;
- General fixes and improvements;

CLINICIANS APP
- Finished implementing ePA flow;
- Implemented prescription benefits to query patient's insurance for alternatives, copay details, etc;
- Added the ability to update the pharmacy and pharmacy_notes fields for cases in Approved status;
- Removed "preview" watermark from Service PDFs for cases in Approved;
- Reassign cases from doctors that are set as OOO even when the auto reassignment is turned off;
- Improved our Drivers License AI to also identify passports;
- Enable doctors to add an OOO period and notify partners support users about their absence;
- Added a notes field to when Requesting a File to patients so physicians can add additional context to patients;
- Move cases from Processing to Approved whenever a Dosespot error is returned;
- Included Surescripts medications history as part of the patient's medical history PDF;
- Improved loading performance on cases list;
- Added a new "Escalate" tag to cases whenever the 'Escalate Encounter' action is triggered;
- Created a workflow for generating a 'Medical Necessity PDF' that can be sent to patients as part of a message.

API
- Added two new health check monitors on our Status Pages;
- Added an endpoint for partners to move a case from Approved to Processing;
- Created a new Webhook to account for all email notifications we send over to patients, so partners know which patient events we need to send and possibly handle it themselves;
- Created a new Webhook to account for all workflows that are triggered to patients requesting additional information, like DL, intro video, file upload and body metrics.
