Server update requires restart

A new deploy requires our server to be restarted. The restart will take around 5 minutes and will happen during the timeframe set by this maintenance window.

Hotfix Relase 8/22

A few hotfixes will be released on 8/22 to account for the following issues:
- Encounters wouldn't stay in Waiting right after clinicians would set it
- "Patient was updated" audit log being generated when a user access a patient chart
- Caching medication history causing too many requests
We'll be monitoring server performance and reliability as we reenable background caching of medication history. No other downtime is expected.
Upcoming Release 8/19

Here are some changes we're planning to launch on our next release scheduled for next Monday, Aug 19th. No service disruption is expected for this release.

New "Approved" status and platform restart

On our next release, a platform version upgrade will be deployed and will require a server restart. During the release window our servers might be intermittent or offline for a few minutes.
New "Approved" Status
This release also introduces a new status/queue for encounters: "Approved". When a physician approves an encounter, it'll now go to the Approved status before going to Processing. **Most encounters will be moved to Processing automatically as they won't require additional actions...
