Here are some changes we're planning to launch on our next release scheduled for next Monday, Aug 19th. No service disruption is expected for this release.
GENERAL
- You will be able to view and manage your logged in devices
- An email notification will be sent when you log in from a new device
- Two new checks will be added to our status page for overall server health and processing queue status
WEB
- Improved loading performance of partner statistics
- Added toggle for partners to 'enable global statistics'
- Fixed issue that prevented patients from requesting for their account to be deleted
- Created a new partner statistic item for Dismissed Messages
- Refactored specialties and how its items are associated to partners to make it clearer when offerings and intakes come from a specialty VS managed by partner account
- Added a toggle to partners account so that changes to prescriptions require the case to be held in Approved
CLINICIANS APP
- Added a button for clinicians to be able to reach out to the partners' escalation email
- Properly handle users with no partners associated to their profile and show a message to them when that happens
- Added a functionality to mark a Drivers License as manually verified
- Refactored the case submission flow so that the 'Thank you' and 'Chart notes' are only sent when the case goes to Processing
- Added "prescription benefits" for displaying the benefits associated with a prescription
- We are now supporting electronic prior auth workflows to be executed from the Approved folder
- Added filter for the new "Extra Approval" flag
SHOPIFY
- Inserted "Intake" and "Chat with Doctor" buttons on the order details page and confirmation emails
PATIENT APP
- Fixed scroll position not being restored to the top on mobile for questions with multiple options
- Tweaked the messaging experience, including:
- Removed default value for allergies, meds. etc. on the intake form;
- Added theme options to disable some of the hard coded messages;
- Moved "this is a private channel..." message to take less space and not to be confused with an actual message
- Fixed "Contact Support" button from the menu not working when page is embedded.
