Here are some changes we're planning to launch on our next release scheduled for next Monday, Oct 2nd. No service disruption is expected for this release.

CLINICIANS APP
- Introduced a workflow for requesting a patient’s preferred pharmacy. When a patient selects a pharmacy, it will be set as the preferred pharmacy for the patient and any prescriptions without a pharmacy will be updated accordingly;
- Redesigned the Case Details view to combine medication history, patient history, and chart notes into a unified timeline. We also merged patients’ body metrics and demographics to reduce sections and simplify management;
-Implemented a 'Medical Assistant' to enable doctors to onboard their own assistants to handle activities on their behalf, like clearing out their messages, reviewing their queue, managing their profile settings, etc.;
-Added workflow to automatically move encounters from Approved to Processing after 10 days without approval (applies to non-ePA cases only).
- Added tags to patients so they are carried through encounters

CLINICIANS APP - AI (BETA)
- Added an AI to detect and parse lab results from service PDFs into structured data;
- Added generative AI for proofreading, tone detection and general writing assistance for messages;
- Added messaging summarization for longer message threads;
- Added automatic label creation for intake form questions;
- Added automatic SOAP notes generation for intake form questions.

PATIENT APP
- Fixed an issue where cases were being created without the corresponding offerings when patients filled out our white-labeled intakes containing the 'last prescribed' offering logic;
- Added support for attaching HEIC files on non-iOS devices;
- Added browser/device tracking for analytics.

WEB
- Added statistics for Vouched and BMI;
- Added statistics for browser and devices used on white label platforms
- Other tweaks and improvements to analytics
- Added option for exporting ‘completed & cancelled’ encounters;
- Added option for customizing email templates for passcode requests;

API
- We are now triggering 'Patient Modified' and 'Message Created' webhooks when the update/creation is performed via Partner API;
- Added a new file type field to help identifying which files are being uploaded.
