Monitoring server instability
Resolved Nov 12 at 11:04pm CST
Yesterday 12th at around 11pm our status page sent a service degradation alert to some of our customers. Preliminary investigation shows no unusual behavior on our server logs, which may indicate a temporary instability with health monitor tools. We'll continue monitoring to make sure services are running as expected.
Service Instability
Resolved Nov 11 at 05:42am CST
We are currently investigating a server load issue that may impact some of our customers.
We identified one of our customers running a long running script that caused our server load to increase within a short window of time. Our firewall has blocked that behavior and we have since worked with that customer to resolve this issue.
Processing Queue Issues

We are investigating an issue with the processing queue being stuck and failing to be processed by Dosespot.
From our preliminary investigation we detected that Dosespot is not sending us webhooks for processed encounters. We are running an endpoint manually to check prescription status so encounters are moved forward. We have also opened a ticket with Dosespot to hotfix it.
Dosespot issued a hotfix to address this issue. Cases in processing should now be moved to Completed auto...
Prescriptions stuck with Dosespot issues
Resolved Sep 06 at 09:52am CDT
We identified some of the prescriptions submitted today are failing to due to a Dosespot/Surescripts error. We are monitoring the queue and have a ticket open with Dosespot so they can fix this issue as soon as possible. We will be resubmitting any encounters with errors automatically once the issue is resolved.
The issue seems to be resolved. Resubmitting prescriptions should make them go through the pharmacy successfully.
