We identified an issue related to our CICD flow. A fix has been deployed to address it.

We are currently experiencing an issue on our website where some URLs are returning a 404 error when accessed directly. We are currently investigating this issue and working on a fix.

We resolved an issue with table indexing that slowed down one of our databases. Service has been restored.

Some of our partners reported instability with approving prescriptions. From our preliminary investigation it seems to be an internal issue with Dosespot and Surescripts that's resulting on an error message being displayed on recent encounters. We are working together with Dosespot to find a resolution as soon as possible.

We identified an instability with one of our servers that caused the service degradation. We redirected the load to a different server and service is now restored. We'll continue to investigate the root cause of the issue.
