Upcoming Release 9/16
Maintenance
Sep 16 at 06:00am CDT
Hello 👋,
On Tuesday, September 16 at 7:00 AM ET, we’ll be releasing several new features and enhancements to the platform. The maintenance window is expected to last about one hour, finalizing at around 8:00 AM ET. During this time, you may experience brief service interruptions as we apply important security and performance updates. Here are some of the highlights:
👷 Web Application Firewall Throttling Updates
As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen API security and prevent malicious use, we are rolling out updates to our Web Application Firewall (WAF). These updates include adjustments to our current throttling limits.
If you experience any issues related to these changes, please report them immediately via Slack so our team can investigate.
⭐️ ICD codes on a prescription level
In order to better support our pharmacy partners and accurately describe which diagnosis a prescription targets, we are introducing a change to how ICD codes are tied to encounters. Starting with this update, each prescription on an encounter will have their own list of ICDs as we phase out encounter-level ICDs.
For partners sending ICD codes manually when creating an encounter, rest assured as no changes are required from you to accommodate this change. ICD codes sent with the deprecated encounter-level endpoints/fields will be automatically applied to all of the encounter's prescriptions. The same applies to the obesity ICDs we add automatically to encounters based on patient's BMI.
We expect this change to be relatively transparent while adding extra flexibility to how ICDs are sent to our pharmacy partners.
⚙️ Automations
We are expanding our Automations feature with brand new triggers and steps. Partners should now be able to set up automations to Create Vouchers, Send Emails and Messages, Call HTTP endpoints, use context-based wildcards and much more.
Stay tuned as we continue to introduce more triggers and steps in the future.
