Howdy,

On Tuesday, August 19 at 8:00 AM ET, we’ll be releasing several new features and enhancements to the platform. The maintenance window is expected to last about one hour, finalizing at around 9:00 AM ET. During this time, you may experience brief service interruptions as we apply important security and performance updates. Here are some of the highlights:

👷 New UAT Environment

To help partners test potentially disruptive changes before they go live, we’re introducing a new staging/User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment, separate from the production environment.

  • This UAT environment will receive release candidates at least two weeks prior to production releases, giving you time to test compatibility and performance.
  • We’ve migrated partner and admin accounts to make access easier. However, no offerings or intake forms were migrated to prevent data syncing issues.
  • Our existing sandbox environment remains active and is still the primary environment for new partner integration and development.
  • The UAT environment is meant for stress testing and compatibility validation, not ongoing development.

⭐️ Updated Partner Onboarding Process

We’re rolling out an improved onboarding process. The new process includes a lot of new tools and content to help partners integrate with us. While it won’t affect existing partners, it includes a few new features you may find useful such as a way to indicate pharmacies you partnered with and a centralized offerings library with pre-approved treatments that can be imported directly into your account.

⚙️ Automations

Introducing Automations – a no-code workflow builder to help streamline operations. Choose from multiple triggers and create step-by-step logic flows.
We will start with an automated NPS campaign submission, but our goal is within the next few releases, support a variety of use cases such as:
- Automating patient communication (including AI chatbot messaging)
- Automated follow-up visits flows
- Custom pharmacy order integrations
- Triage and escalation of inbound messages
Stay tuned as we’ll be expanding this tool with additional triggers and steps over time.

📊 NPS Campaigns

You can now create custom NPS (Net Promoter Score) campaigns to gather feedback from patients about their experience with their provider or treatment.

  • A blank loading screen will now be displayed as partner theming options are being loaded (previously the default theme would flash for a second)
  • UI consistency enhancements

  • Pregnancy question shown only for patients over 8 years old
  • Tracking of abandonment for custom questions
