Howdy! We'll be deploying a few emergency fixes to the API today at 3pm CT. No downtime is expected for this release. The following changes will be introduced:

• Fixes to internal Shopify webhook notifications
• Fixed name validation rules

We're releasing a few small fixes and improvements to some of our products today, Tuesday 12th. This changelog accompanies the previous scheduled maintenance that informed you of the expected outage during the deploy window.

We are postponing this release to Tuesday, Nov 12th, to make sure our partners have enough time to adapt to some of our changes. We have also released additional documentation on how to keep a seamless login experience when using our white label apps here:

Note we are also disabling/blocking TLS 1.2 and below. According to our logs, no customers will be impacted by this change should we implement...

Dosespot just informed us of a maintenance window coming up today at 10pm EST. They estimate a 20min outage window for this change. During that time patient sync and prescription submission may be impacted. Once Dosespot is back online our platform should be able to resume syncing automatically.

We're releasing a few small fixes and improvements to our Website today, Tuesday 5th. No service disruption is expected for this release. The shorter notice is due to this release consisting of mostly fixes and small tweaks which are not expected to impact most users.

Our team will conduct a minor server update on Monday, December 16th, which will require a brief server restart. During this time, there will be a short service interruption as the server comes back online. Expected ETA 5min.

- Most endpoints will experience temporary downtime.
- Patient and case creation calls will remain operational while the main API is restored.
