This release introduces new patient‑record tracking, expanded clinician tooling (including PDMP/NARX, custom signed PDFs, and encounter tagging), major admin‑panel search enhancements, new webhooks, multi‑language support for the patient app, and voucher Q&A improvements.

Partner Integrations + API Enhancements

• Offerings FAQ query — Partners can now query Offering FAQs directly via API.
• Voucher Q&A support — Voucher creation now supports structured Q&A payloads. Partners can send questions/answers when creating vouchers; these automatically appear on the resulting case.
• Get Patient Messages performance — Partners may opt out of pulling files to significantly improve message‑retrieval performance.
• Extended Care webhook — Real‑time notifications when cases transition to Extended Care.
• PriorAuth webhook events — Added webhook events for PriorAuth lifecycle updates.

Clinician Experience

• PDMP/NARX integration — Clinicians now have access to PDMP/NARX reports for controlled substances.
• Offering FAQs in thank you notes — Clinicians can include Offering FAQs in thank you notes sent to patients.
• Custom signed PDFs — Clinicians can generate custom signed PDFs for documentation needs.
• Clinical Note categories — Notes now support categories for improved organization.

Patient App Enhancements

• Patient status field — Patient records now include a status field (Active/Follow‑Up / Inactive) to help partners better track case progression.
• Multi‑language support — The patient app and intake forms now support Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin), Portuguese, Arabic, Korean, German, and French.
• Rich text hidden questions — Hidden questions now support rich text and longer responses.

Admin Panel Improvements

• Pharmacy name search — Offering search now includes pharmacy name matching.
• Intake Form search — Added search support to the Intake Form list for faster navigation.
• Offerings taxonomy — New taxonomy enables better categorization, grouping, and analytics for Offerings.
• Export Encounters enhancements — Export now includes additional columns for pharmacy and offering IDs.

Pharmacy

• Offerings FAQ query — Partners can now query Offering FAQs.
• Rx Fulfillment performance — Improved performance on the Rx Fulfillment list for faster load times.
• Webhook reprocessing improvements — More reliable webhook reprocessing and audit improvements.
