We’ll be releasing several new features and enhancements to the platform. The maintenance window is expected to last about one hour, finalizing at around 8:00 AM ET. During this time, you may experience brief service interruptions as we apply important security and performance updates. Here are some of the highlights:
📱 Patient App
- Patient status tracking — Clear status field (Active, Follow‑Up, Inactive) now appears on every patient record, giving support teams and clinicians instant context.
- Improved encounter visibility — Prior Authorization actions automatically tag encounters, reducing manual review and improving partner clarity.
- Test‑case encounter flag — Live encounters can be safely marked as test cases, enabling QA validation without affecting real patient activity.
💻 Web App
- Pharmacy name search — Offering search now includes pharmacy names, making pharmacy‑specific options easier to locate and select.
🤝 Partner Tools
- Offerings FAQ access — Partners can now query the Offerings FAQ programmatically to surface guidance directly in their workflows.
- Intake Form search — New search capabilities make it faster to find the correct Intake Form.
- Rich text hidden questions — Hidden questions now support rich text and longer responses, enabling more dynamic and expressive form experiences.
📝 PriorAuth Application
- Real‑time PriorAuth webhooks — New webhook events deliver immediate status‑change updates for tighter partner system synchronization.
- Voucher Q&A support — Partners can include questions and answers when creating vouchers; these automatically appear on the resulting case for clearer documentation.
