On Tuesday, June 16 at 7:00 AM ET, we’ll be releasing several new features and enhancements to the platform. The maintenance window is expected to last about one hour, finalizing at around 8:00 AM ET. During this time, you may experience brief service interruptions as we apply important security and performance updates. Here are some of the highlights:
👷 Partner Auth Token TTL update
To improve security and reduce the risk associated with long-lived credentials, the expiration time (TTL) for partner authentication tokens has been reduced from 24 hours to 60 minutes. Partners will now need to refresh or re-authenticate more frequently when obtaining access tokens. This change aligns with security best practices while maintaining the same authentication workflow and API behavior.
⭐️ New Patient Portal experience
We are excited to announce the upcoming beta release of our new Patient Portal experience, giving partners the ability to deliver a fully branded, customizable patient journey beyond traditional intake forms and messaging.
Partners will be able to offer patients a centralized portal featuring e-commerce order and subscription synchronization, health journaling and progress tracking (including daily metrics, meals, exercise, and symptom tracking), lab results access, direct-to-pharmacy integrations, external content embedding, and more.
Powered by an intuitive, no-code builder inspired by modern website creation platforms, the Patient Portal enables organizations to create tailored patient experiences that align with their programs, workflows, and brand identity. API support will also be available for key portal features, allowing partners to integrate and extend the experience within their existing ecosystems.
Existing white label products will remain fully functional and unaltered.
💊 Controlled Substances Support
We are pleased to announce upcoming support for controlled substances prescribing workflows across the platform. This enhancement will enable partners to expand into new treatment categories while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory and operational requirements. The solution will include support for controlled substance-specific prescribing workflows, provider eligibility and credentialing controls, pharmacy integrations and auditability designed to help organizations operate efficiently and responsibly.

- Added support to Non-RX offerings, allowing doctors to prescribe more comprehensive treatment plans including things like diet, exercise, supplements and more.
- Added support to managing patient's subscriptions and orders
- Added support for capturing patient's metrics such as Daily Meals, Exercise routine and other metrics for journaling
[Clinicians App]
- Users can now delete accidental messages within 15 minutes of sending them
- Admins and Internal Support can now set encounters as non-chargeable on any status
- Added support to storing doctor's CV, malpractice insurance and personal phone/home address
- Added new AI to categorize messages based on mood and type of message
- Added support for Encounter Tiers, allowing us to categorize encounters by complexity, allowing doctors to understand their workload at a glance right from the list
- 2FA codes can now be sent via SMS
- Added TOTP multi-factor authentication
- Added support for Controlled Substance prescriptions
- Various bug fixes and performance improvements

- Added support for a new patient portal experience based on customizable pages and widgets.
