Update – April 28, 2026

4:30 AM PT / 6:30 AM CT / 7:30 AM ET

The infrastructure cutover has been successfully completed.

At this time, we are not observing any issues and platform performance is stable. We will continue to closely monitor traffic, response times, and overall system health to ensure continued stability.

We will provide additional updates if anything changes.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance during the following window:

  • Start: 7:00 AM CT / 5:00 AM PT
  • End: 9:00 AM CT / 7:00 AM PT

This maintenance includes infrastructure improvements designed to enhance platform performance, scalability, and long-term reliability.

We do not expect any downtime. However, you may experience intermittent delays in request processing or elevated latency during the maintenance window.

Infrastructure Improvements

As part of this work, we will be implementing updates to improve scalability, and overall platform reliability.

We will be closely monitoring the platform throughout the rollout to minimize any potential impact.
