Scheduled Maintenance

We will be performing scheduled maintenance during the following window:

• Start: 5:00 AM CT
• End: 6:00 AM CT

This maintenance includes infrastructure updates as well as a Clinicians app interface update.

We do not expect any downtime. However, you may experience intermittent delays in request processing or background operations while the maintenance is in progress. We expect these delays to be brief and sporadic.

Infrastructure Maintenance

As part of this work, we will be performing routine infrastructure updates to improve overall performance and reliability.

Clinicians App Update

We will also be releasing an updated Clinicians app interface.

This updated version will be available in our UAT environment for customers who would like to test it ahead of general availability. If you are interested in accessing the UAT version, please reach out to our support team and we will get you set up.

We expect the maintenance to be completed within approximately one hour.
