Feb 09 at 05:30am CST
Hi,
On Monday, February 9th at 6:30 AM ET, we’ll be releasing several new features and enhancements to the platform. The maintenance window is expected to last approximately one hour, concluding around 7:30 AM ET.
During this time, you may experience brief service interruptions as we apply important security and performance updates. No breaking changes are included in this release.
Below are some of the highlights:
⭐️ Next-Generation Clinicians Portal
Over the years, we’ve continuously expanded the Clinicians App—adding new features and enhancing existing workflows to deliver the best possible experience for doctors and support teams.
With this release, we’re taking the next step in that journey by introducing a new design language and a set of powerful features designed to help users manage the entire patient lifecycle directly within the platform.
What’s new:
- New analytics dashboards
- New Orders page
- Voucher and intake form management
- Customer / patient management
- Redesigned Settings page
- Improved experience for larger display sizes
- More cohesive mobile experience
🏥 Pharmacy Integrations
This release also marks a major milestone for MDI: Pharmacy Integrations.
This new platform capability allows us to connect directly with selected pharmacy partners, enabling more efficient prescription delivery and bringing the entire order workflow into the platform.
Pharmacy Integrations will initially launch as a closed beta. We’ll be sharing more details—including full API documentation—over the next few weeks as we expand access to additional partners.
