✅ Update: Changes were implemented successfully. We're investigating an issue with the internal Admin Panel that should not affect any partners.


⚠️ Update: Dosespot v2 upgrade has been postponed to a later date due to additional tests required on their end. We decided to keep the maintenance with updates to other products. The Clinicians App will be temporarily disabled from 6:30pm to 7:15pm CT while we perform updates.


On Feb 5th, from 6am to 8am CT, MD Integrations servers will be unavailable due to a maintenance window with an expected duration of 2 hours.

⚠️ During that time our servers will be intermittent or offline as we perform both a server and a required platform upgrade. Patient and encounter record may fail to be created during the maintenance window and will have to be resubmitted.

As part of the platform upgrade, we'll be moving to a new version of DoseSpot (our e-prescriptions partner) which introduces the following breaking changes:

These changes will NOT affect customers using our white label solutions or customers that use offering IDs (regardless if using medication ID, compound ID, etc...). We don't foresee these changes affecting any of our existing customers.
