12/14 - Server Degradation

We discovered an issue with our background jobs attempting to reprocess timed-out Dosespot requests excessively and frequently, leading to server resource exhaustion. Additionally, Dosespot experienced an incident tonight that caused a spike in their latency, resulting in most of our requests being redirected to them and timing out, which ultimately caused the problem on our end.

We were able to identify an abnormal amount of requests in the past few minutes. We deployed countermeasures to reestablish service integrity, and our API server is now back online. We'll continue monitoring and working with affected partners to normalize the situation fully.
We are currently investigating an issue affecting our API server in some regions.
DoseSpot Prescription Processing Delays

We are currently aware of an issue with DoseSpot’s Azure environment that may temporarily affect our ability to send prescriptions to partner pharmacies. This may result in delayed processing within the prescription queue.
All other systems and services remain operational and are not impacted by this issue. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as they become available.
Service degradation due to AWS Outage

Our hyperscale platform provider has confirmed that the regional network event impacting some systems in the US-East region has been fully resolved. Between late last night and this afternoon, the provider experienced increased error rates and network latency that affected multiple dependent services across their environment.
