Maintenance
Oct 13, 2026 at 11:00am UTC

We’ll be releasing several new features and enhancements to the platform. The maintenance window is expected to last about one hour, finalizing at around 8:00 AM ET. During this time, you may experience brief service interruptions as we apply important security and performance updates.

Important: This release includes a breaking change within DTP. All integrations must be updated to use days_dispense prior to deployment.

Here are some of the highlights:

Breaking Change – DTP Refill Cycle Field (days_dispense)

The "Refill Cycle (days)" field has been updated across DTP offerings, prescriptions, and case offering edit screens in both the Partner Portal and Clinician App. "Refill Cycle (days)" is now just the flat number of days between orders (no logic based on days supply anymore). There is no change to how other fields behave. Business benefits:
- Aligns refill scheduling with updated DTP processing logic
- Improves consistency between prescribing, dispensing, and fulfillment workflows

API Change

  • Previous field: days_before
  • New field: days_dispense
  • Impact - Requests that continue using days_before will not generate an error. However, the value will be ignored and the Refill Cycle (days) setting will no longer update.
  • Required Action - All integrations must be updated to use days_dispense prior to deployment.

Existing pharmacies will be migrated following testing and certification activities, and partners may need to update credentials and webhook configurations. Business benefits:
- Ensures continuity ahead of Life File V1 retirement
- Provides compatibility with Life File's latest API platform
- Reduces future migration and operational risks
