Update: Earlier today, our patient medication sync process experienced failures due to a temporary upstream outage with DoseSpot. There were no deployments or internal system changes at the time of the incident.

To prevent continued failed attempts, we temporarily paused the affected sync service. We will resume processing once DoseSpot confirms their service is fully restored.

There was no data loss associated with this incident.


We are currently investigating an issue affecting our API server in some regions.
