Our hyperscale platform provider has confirmed that the regional network event impacting some systems in the US-East region has been fully resolved. Between late last night and this afternoon, the provider experienced increased error rates and network latency that affected multiple dependent services across their environment.

While MD Integrations’ infrastructure is not hosted in the impacted region, several upstream dependencies were indirectly affected, which may have caused temporary latency or intermittent access for some customers. Our systems themselves remained online and fully operational throughout the event.

We have received reports from our hyperscale platform provider that a regional network event is affecting some systems in certain regions. While our core infrastructure is not hosted in the impacted region, some dependent external services may be experiencing cascading effects, which could cause intermittent latency or slower performance for a subset of customers.

We’ve also received reports of slower response times when accessing parts of our platform, including api.mdintegrations.com, mdintegrations.com, the Clinicians App, and the Admin Portal. Our team is monitoring the situation closely and coordinating with our provider as they work toward full recovery.

We will continue to share updates as the situation evolves and provide more information if performance changes further.
